ABOUT

Some things you earn the hard way.

I've always been fascinated by perspective: how we translate external events into internal experience, how our experiences influence the way we see the world, and how our assumptions shape where we focus our attention.

My drive to make sense of what's happened in my life has led me to practice examined living and to explore ideas that influence how we experience and make sense of our lives. Why do some people overcome trauma while others remain trapped by it? How much does our past dictate our future? What role does agency play in what happens to us?

Sometimes I find answers. Other times I find more interesting questions. I believe conversation teaches us more than certainty ever could.

A FEW DISTINCTIONS

This is a collection of observations, questions, and content curated from lived experience, years of research, and deep self-examination.

Sometimes a question reveals more than an answer.

This is for people who are interested in examining their experience and the beliefs that shape the way they live.

If you're curious about the same things I am, you're in the right place.

What you notice shapes what comes next.
